Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 5, 2026

Savurn ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Savurn browser extension. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

Information We Do NOT Collect

How the Extension Works

Savurn activates only on checkout pages of supported e-commerce sites. It looks for coupon code input fields and attempts to apply known coupon codes to help you save money. The extension runs entirely in your browser — coupon testing happens locally on your device.

Affiliate Links

When you visit supported stores, Savurn may add an affiliate referral parameter to the URL. This is how we earn revenue to keep the service free. This does not affect your purchase price or experience.

Data Storage

Your savings history is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage. Waitlist signups and savings analytics are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices to protect this data.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist and savings data for as long as the service is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

Savurn is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension.
